In this month I’ll get my ApexFlex under my skin, so before I go to a professional I want to make sure it’s okay and doesn’t have any issue with it. I didn’t opened it but was communicating with my phone.
With Fidesmo app I can write applets and destroy, added BIP32 wallet and NDEF with no issue.
I was trying to scan the implant with the VivoKey app but I got an error message NFC error
.
I’ve tried it many times but every time got the same error.
What could be the source of this?
I did the same thing when I got my flex installed. the vivokey app doesn’t actually work with the flex. you can install stuff with fidesmo and then use for instance, the Vivokey Authorizer to do otps.

If nothing has changed yet the vivokey app does not aupport the apex yet. @amal is this still true?

correct the vivokey app does not support apex… the current vivokey app and platform is actually going to remain static while we continue to develop a new modular platform and new VivoKey application that will enable apex as well as other services.
