Here’s what happened:
I used the Fidesmo app to uninstall the NFC Share applet (the pre-CMAC version). The procedure went through successfully.
When I tried to reinstall the latest version, installation failed; logs here: Fidesmo - Pastebin.com
Anybody saw this before? Thx in advance

I’m not sure th Flex One based on the P60 can support the CMAC version to be honest. Alternatively you could install the Fidesmo web links applet for basic sharing.

That makes sense: I was using my Flex One as a guinea pig, before doing stuff on my Apex, but I guess it’s not a possible workflow.
(That bloody Fidesmo app makes me nervous; does not feel rock solid, so to speak )

yeah this is a danger for the P60 but not P71.. we’ve put the 71 through its paces and it’s robust.. even if the app you’re using isn’t
Oh don’t forget if you have a reader you can also use FDSM to manage your Fidesmo devices - GitHub - fidesmo/fdsm: Tiny Fidesmo command line client in Java

Just being slow with a couple “ next implant” decisions and I’ll send out a new order, including test cards

I was also wary of the Fidesmo app and installed all of my Apex applets via the fdsm utility. Highly recommend this ACR NFC reader .
