Dangerous NFC: Transceive failed

Hi there!

I got my xNT inplanted yesterday. No swelling, no brusing. To save me from malicious things, i downloaded the App Dangerous NFC and set a Password. After contact I got the Error message: “Transceive failed”
The implant is still readable and writeable with NFC Tools, but I would feel safer if I could secure my Chip.

Mobile is: Doogee S60
Android 7.0
xNT bought from: digiwell

Thanks in advanced and sorry for any spelling and grammar mistakes.

Best regards
Mephy

EDIT: I posted the wrong error message, mea culpa, sorry for that!

Sounds like the tag just wasn’t in a good position to get good coupling. Use NFC tools to figure out where you need to place the tag to get a consistent read, then try the DT App again using that same position.

Sadly this is not the solution
I found the sweetspot where it would always read, but i get a “Transceive failed” nonetheless

I’m fairly certain that that particular error is at the OS level, not from the app itself. i.e. there was some low level issue with communicating with the tag.

Going to send you a DM
