Got impatient wsiting for the pcb tk carry on with the case design. So i mesured the modules and the pcb and printed this 3d nugget.

Little update. The shipment of esp32c3s and tmc2208s have arrive. Pcbs should be here in a week. Ill check in on the metal man today to see if hes done the couplings . Also Added another nugget of plastic to the case for a the reader cable. (Didnt take a pic yet…)

More updates. Some amazing community members from the discord have been working hard, pimping up the acsess point. Colour scheme now matches the lock. Still a few tweeks to be done but im so proud of them. It looks amazing.

Case evolution… as i dont have all the parts yet. Ive left some big tolerances. I hope to shave off a bit more when i have assembled all the hard ware.

Painted the knobs today. And updated the case for the reader out cable.

Sprayed and varnished. Looks good. This is the biggest this system will be. Hopefully will shave 5mm off the length of the case…

Esp32-c3 supermini.
Tmc2208 .
Mini360 buck.
9x5mm buzzer.
2 x 2p pogo.
Rc522 (or pn532)
A metal stepper extruder knob.
2 x 1k resistor (not in photo)
Pcb. (Is in the photo but is camouflaged)
Dual axel stepper motor.
1.1mm 3m double sided tape/pad.
300mm of cat6 cable. (In my pocket)
