Faulty Transport Bag From KSEC

Hello everyone!
I received my xM1 from KSEC today. The problem is that the transport bag with the sterile equipment is not completely sealed. (photos) The sterile bags do not appear to be damaged and the transport bag does not appear to have been opened by force. it looks more like the seal is not complete. how bad is it?

is there any way to verify if the bag is contaminated? something like a mark that shows if there is still gas in the bags?
Is it worth sending the chip back? (50€ customs duty would be due for the return and the replacement)

It’s most likely fine, that outer bag isn’t full of gas or really part of the sterilization process, it’s just to keep the actual sterile stuff from being touched too much

Thanks for the quick response!

Thats mostly what i thought.
Is there some way to verify if the sterile bags are still intact?

Not without opening and contaminating them  The procedure pouch is there to keep your filthy human oil hands off the fragile sterilization pouches of the implant, gauze, bandage, etc. an imperfect seal on the procedure pouch as pictured won’t impact this goal so you’re good.
