I don’t know, I know it fits the medically necessary/corrective part of 2B but the term brain computer interface sort of screams true cyborg to me.

Most definitely a body augmentation at any rate, that’s for sure.
BTW, this is slightly wrong I think. You need to have been granted basic to get member. So the 1051 basic users is all that you need to count… Then again there is this so I do not know what to think
