Hi everyonee! In just a bit, I’m going to do an inflation using my aquarium air pump And my handheld balloon pump. I’m gonna be trying out some new techniques and methods as well, a few being from your guys’s recommendations!
I plan on going for a pretty big inflation, and would love some tips and advice on anything related. Also, if anyone is interested in studying or observing the process, even out of pure curiosity, feel free to message me, as I would love to chat!
At this point I amagin we would all like to see a sfw belly inflation time-lapse.
I could definitely do that! And I will ofc make sure it is sfw.
This isn’t a recent video or a Timelapse, but here’s a sfw short video of me inflating very fast, and very big with an air mattress air pump that I connected a tube to. (Sorry about no audio)
I’m gonna work on getting an actual time lapse though!
As someone who inflates regularly, and to very big sizes, how much can I realistically stretch? I feel like each time I inflate, I can reach a bigger size even if only by a small margin.
After my lower abdomen inflates, I’ve learned to recognize when air starts to fill my literal stomach. I’ve trained my body to inflate, and would love to know if there’s any sort of rough guidelines or max psi I could most likely inflate to and follow.
Hello everyone! I have a few questions, and was wondering what the best positions to inflate my belly in would be. I usually Inflate standing Up, and can inflate to pretty big sizes, but I’ve found that I can inflate bigger and stretch larger if I’m laying on my back. Is there a reason for this, and is it actually the better position?
I’ve also found that leaning my back against a wall also works very well. Does anyone have a recommendations or suggestions about what posture would be best, and allow me to inflate to huge sizes?
probably gravity pulling the liver, pancreas, and stomach down onto your intestines.. ask any pregnant lady why it gets harder to breath during their last term.
probably laying on your back.. but i do think you should probably consult your medical doc to see what the potential drawbacks or dangers could be if you go too far?
Okay awesome, I figured it’d be laying on my back from personal experience😅
I’m for sure going to consult with a medical professional about it, I always wanna make sure I’m performing inflation safely.
I’ve also heard that laying on your left side can be a good way to inflate to massive sizes as well, although I’ve never found it comfortable. Most of my biggest inflations have definitely been whilst laying on my back.
If anyone has any suggestions, advice, or anything like that, I would love some live ideas!
I’m inflating with my aquarium pump, and my handheld balloon pump as of typing this. I’m currently in the standing position, but might lean against a wall to maximize my inflation size.
I’d appreciate any sort of input, and as always, am very grateful!
Hi all! It’s been a while since I’ve posted, but I have yet another question.
I’ve seen some people inflate with helium before, and I was thinking about giving it a try. Can anyone offer any advice or suggestions on inflating my belly with helium?
Would it inflate me to bigger sizes than air?
How would it travel though my body, and inflate my belly compared to air?
Whatever gas you use, some will dissolve into your bloodstream and tissues. Using “air” (combination of oxygen, nitrogen, etc.) is probably your best bet for safety. I don’t see any point is using helium.. it won’t achieve anything different, other than possibly letting you think of yourself as a balloon.. a purely psychological effect.
Okay gotcha, I figured it wouldn’t be much different than air as far as Inflating goes, I mainly wanna try it to feel the difference between air inflation and helium inflation. I imagine it would feel much more pressurized, and maybe feel more filling over all.
I was also wondering if the fact that helium is obviously lighter than air, if it would inflate my upper abdomen (as in my literal stomach) much faster than air inflates my belly.
I think any difference you feel would be purely psychosomatic. Helium is less dense than nitrogen or oxygen, but it kind of becomes irrelevant when you have to pressurize the gas to fit it into your body. At that point, I suspect 2 PSI of nitrogen is going to feel exactly the same as 2 PSI of helium.
Okay I see, I think I may still try it any ways just to see what happens.
Are there any other safe things I could potentially try to inflate or fill my belly with?
I think that’s probably a question best left for your doctor ![]()

Hey there. I’ve been researching this for my own purposes, and I came across your inquiry. Really great information in this post, but I thought I should probably warn you away from trying helium if I am not too late.
Hopefully there has been enough of a delay in however you might set up your rig for this that you will encounter my advice first. I happen to know that inhalation of helium is a popular recommendation from those seeking a painless exit from the mortal coil. I did some searching to find some confirmation to make sure my information was not apocrypha.

“Helium penetrates into the blood and competes with oxygen, leading to hypoxia of the central nervous system. From a pathophysiological point of view, excess helium can lead to asphyxia by inadequate supply of oxygen. Breathing with a mixture of gases containing larger amounts of helium leads to, among others, dizziness, imbalance and loss of consciousness."
I would be very concerned about the risk of hypoxia in the tissues themselves, as well as whatever my be absorbed into your bloodstream. As much as the notion of being closer to a balloon is enticing (and I admit to a sort of interest there myself) I would err on the side of not causing damage to your organs, especially as it is unlikely, as aforementioned, to provide much of a difference in physical sensation.
You may also find some interest in this video on rectal insufflation of small amounts of ozone-enriched air (at low percentages). While I do not believe it contains much of validity in the medical benefits, it does outlay some possible procedures for insufflation of the colon which may be relevant, such as laying on one’s right side.
Thank You so much for the input! I haven’t inflated with helium since I’ve posted last so don’t worry! I think I’ll most likely just stick To air, especially with the absolutely ridiculous sizes my recent inflations have been getting to. I’ll definitely give that video a watch to, maybe while I’m actively inflating here in just a bit!
What about water?
