I bought xNT biochip. The chip is already injected, works well.
The packaging indicated that the time to use was 5 years from the date of sterilization. I did not find any information about the actual date of sterilization of the kit. Why is not the date shown on the packaging?
There is a paper document in the poly bag with the injector that explains the date. One side says “For Professionals” and the other says “For Customers”. Read the side that says “For Customers” and it will explain the date stamp on the injector package.
If, by your post, you meant there is no date stamped on the injector, then please send or post a photo of the injector packaging and we’ll sort it out. Even the first batch we made is still good until 2019, so you’re in the clear no matter what.
