I am thinking about buying a FLEXNT tag, and i was wondering if it was possible to use it to start a car or motorcycle, i have rather limited programming abilities but i understand the fundamentals about hardware and software. The thought of an RFID tag being implanted in my arm just intrigues me tremendously. Thanks in advance to any help.
Your primary hurdle will be getting a reader connected to a host of some kind that can take the input from the reader (the tag’s ID number) and compare it with an internal list of IDs and “authorize” that tag… then switch an output…
from there, the output will need to control relays or interface in some way with your vehicle. How it does this depends heavily on your vehicle… aftermarket car parts illustrate just how crazy it can get making something work for your specific vehicle.
