If you haven’t loaded it with any data that would be useful to hackers, then hackers aren’t going to be able to use it for anything. If all you were doing is activating a garage door opener, it probably just a digital key for opening that garage door. If you no longer need the lock, then it’s like having an old key laying around that doesn’t go to anything important. If someone stole the old worthless digital key, supposing they even figured out what door it opens, why care? You don’t use the lock any more.

Due to what seems like a language barrier, I can’t tell if the person is in need of assistance of a more chemical nature, or if they are being taken advantage of by charlatans selling them fixes for a problem that doesn’t exist.
I have definitely seen this but often it is the sufferer who aggressively seeks out self-prescribed treatments for their ailment. jokes aside you don’t need to needlessly destroy stock, having used it on an implant and on hundreds of cards in a professional data destruction capacity (fry the card before cross shredding it) i can say without a doubt that it works for HF and LF.
we know data theft from an implant is already a ridiculously small possibility that requires extensive planning, knowledge gathering, skill and covert interactions requiring touching the implant or being able to get a lock on it without being detected in order to be done, it’s impact is entirely determined by what you have on the implant.
nothing about an implant (read; implants sold by DT) is inherently something that should be kept closely guarded, if you dont have any secretive information on it there is no harm in it existing. wanting to remove an implant is totally valid but wanting one disabled because of futuristic data theft you can assuage that notion right now.
Can you expand on how you use the implant, videos of it in use and how you know there is even data on there and what data you expect to be on there.
your description of it being passive but not LF/HF would mean it could only be UHF which does not abide by the dimensions shown in your photos and doesnt align with the usecase nor threat of data as UHF is non-PII especially if paired to a system like a garage door.
realistically this implant is not something known to us based on your descriptions and i have been around long enough and heavily invested in this topic to find it odd that you have an implant that functions in a way ive never heard of.
the added context requested would be great but honestly, your implant coming from an unknown source means we cant speak to the quality of it and it could potentially be unsafe (medically) to keep inside of you, i would recommend going to the hospital and having them check it out, they can assess it in better depth and recommend next steps, if it needs to be removed they can do that (ive had it done) a local anesthetic makes it painless and if they do think you are ok to keep it in, they can refer you to radiologists who can help with disabling it.
