Migrating chip questions

Hi! Can I hijack this old post rather than start a new one?

So, yesterday I woke up from a nap and I could FEEL the xG3 in my hand. When I looked, I found that the xG3 that has been installed in P1 for over a year was clearly in P2 and rubbing against the metacarpal between P2 and P1. After freaking out for a moment, I gently pushed on the implant, and it easily rolled back over the metacarpal into P1, but a lot lower toward the wrist than I am used to it being. I flexed my hand a few times and it felt really weird, but I left it alone. After a couple of hours, it was back in its usual position, and I couldn’t feel it anymore.
Anyone ever have an implant jump to a different installation point after over a year of being installed?
Photo is my old lady hand showing where the implant is now (which is the normal position) along with a mark showing where it was after yesterday’s nap.
