i was working on feedback control system in which i need to follow the pattern of JK Flip Flop.
is there any way i can use the IC package in my system of 12v .25A circuit?

I really don’t think any 12v flip flop ICs exist… I’ve only seen them at TTL levels (5v / 3.3v)
