NExT v2 LED not lighting up

Greetings,

Just got it installed today. I can get the LF and HF to read, can write to it but the LED doesn’t show even in a room with all the lights off. Any advice? It might just need to heal.

some lucky people can see it right away. some people need 2-4 weeks before they start seeing it. some unlucky people can’t see it for months.

Thank you sir. I can see it’s pretty bruised now so there must be a bunch of blood trapped that needs to get reabsorbed. Blood is surprisingly opaque.

On the bright side (pun) I got to show off the function to my coworkers today. I’m an access control tech so had a lot of people interested. Maybe it will inspire some others.
