Lol nevermind. 
I read the datasheet and the FAQ pdf and I don’t know that it’s a good application for implantable devices. It seems to be a prepheral rather than host device so it needs a microcontroller to do most of the memory / storage work if you want to use flash etc, and I think that’s going to require external power.
