Proxmark3 is your best bet. The rdv4 is the latest revision of the hardware and available from hacker-warehouse.
You may be able to read it with the stock antenna as I’ve heard of others that can. But I recommend holding out as there are some custom antennas underway for that specific device that will allow better interaction with glass implants.
