These are all flex PCBs. The CoMmuter project is finished now and it’s available for anyone to get made into an implant so before I packed everything away in archive I wanted to post a little “evolution of an implant” picture.

While you have that set up, you should put an x series, traditional flex and maybe a flexEM next to for scale

This video is about long range wireless power but covers a lot of inductive theory, including showing how a resonant repeater coil works for inductive power transfer… I figured I’d post it to this thread.

That was really good. Highlights a lot of the limitations though. I think the most valuable part was his explanation of why inductive power transfer drops off more like the inverse cube of the distance rather than the inverse square of the distance like far field electrical transmission.
