I found some deals on Butcher Block Countertops on Facebook Marketplace so my server got a nice top.
And i finally, after many years got to throw away the faux carbon fiber Top of my amazon gaming desk. I was able to keep the base and i slid on a beautiful 1.5 inch butcher block top on it. Downside is the ACR122 wont read through it even with the large repeaters
