Oh, that kind of 3D… Well they had flight simulator on the coco… lol.

I’m no magnet expert so I’ll defer to someone else. I just don’t think the back of the hand has many nerves.

I wonder how long supplies will last. I’m gonna have to sit this one out for now.

Longer than the initial release… that went in just a couple of hours.
They have limited the sales to one per customer… and I imagine they learnt their lesson from under estimating numbers last time

Isn’t that the pick The Lock Picking Lawyer and Bosnian Bill made?

Depends on the core…is it a classic, or a protec(2)?
If it’s a classic, it’s theoreticaly possible, if a protec then nope :stuck_out_tongue:
Given that you use an electronic striker plate, it would probably be easier to just bypass that…

Two Protec2 cores (knob and deadbolt - same bitting) - so not generally exploited yet.
Easiest to just kick in the door.

Well I’m not huxleypig69 so I can kiss that home cooked meal goodbye :stuck_out_tongue:

I’m torn on that one. He’s respected, but that pick was kinda sketch.

Me too… the whole ā€œfeeding the familyā€ and ā€œ10 years of developmentā€ thing I can semi-understand, but not showing the tool and claiming that you sell it (but not to normal people, to ā€œgovernment agenciesā€ no less) makes the whole argument kind of suspicious - the government agency interested in this kind of tool would just request a sample (hey, not gonna pay a massive amount for a tool that potentialy doesn’t work) and then copy it 10.000 times, and you couldn’t do a damn thing about it. Not to mention they probably already developed their own equivalent.

Like, it’s not a Hellfire missile (or other complex device) that would need much more R&D to copy and advanced facilities to fabricate so it would be simpler just to let the manufacturer subcontract for you - with a lockpick, there isn’t much in the way of novel technologies, just novel approaches, and it can usually be manufactured with not much more then a lathe and drill mill.

What lock is on your backdoor?
Do you have windows?
Are you windows made of standard glass or balistic?

Is your house made of house?

…sounds of a k12 reving getting closer

And technically this IS considered an entry tool… so it sorta counts

If I want to get into a door, no lock is stopping me. Just keeps mostly honest people honest.

Doors and locks only keep honest people out, if somebody wants to get into your house there are multiple points of entry, they will get in.

UPDATE haha, and yep, what @Backpackingvet beat me to say
