For card placement I’ve been using ‘lf tune’ to achieve the best placement via voltage drop then leaving the card there throughout the process
EDIT: So far I’ve resolved the issue, a mix of bad writes and unknown data basically. I encourage anyone who is having troubles to visit the Iceman discord, I was able to get the help I needed there
