Hi hi. I haven’t the slightest idea how to root my phone, which seems like the starting point. I have a galaxy s7 and have downloaded the DT beta, app but I’m not sure I’m using that correctly either. It makes ding noises, but nothing else. I really need some advice.
Under standard Android, you can’t use NFC to unlock your phone. Root it and install Xposed is the only method I’ve currently found.

Amal, I downloaded that app you mentioned. It scanned just fine, and displayed all the technical info. But that is the limit of my cell phone technology knowledge, I don’t know anything about changing the root programming of my phone.
