Where to find the User Tutorials

I am probably just blind or something but I cant find the “new user tutorial” or “advanced user tutorial” anywhere. i know they exist because there are badges for them that where recently granted to other users (unless it was removed in the last week). At the risk of looking stupid could someone point me in the right direction? I swear I have looked everywhere!
