hi i bought this from amazon as it was the fastest way to get this and im getting this error its not detecting the proxmark3. i think its the hardware itself not being detected please help.

Looks like you haven’t flashed the firmware. Check this thread
I had this exact issue yesterday and was able to resolve it by flashing the firmware using a different computer. The original computer then worked as a client normally. Still not sure what the original problem was.
