You should probably click the “Help” button on the bottom right of the Dangerous Things store website and ask there.

:help:

Alternatively, you can reply to your order confirmation email.

While Amal and Tac0s are active on the forum, liking a thread here to a specific order is not as easy from what I understand. Still, linking this thread in your support request could help if it gets more replies.

I said I did

The xM1 is currently on sale for $89
The xMagic is $149

So the difference is $60

You could pick up an xEM for $25

I had an xM1 + xEM in my P0 and it worked perfectly well, but I replaced them with an xMagic when it was released

An xM1 + xEM = xMagic for $114
saving you $35

But

You might need to accound for shipping and installation costs.

Food for thought

FYI

That’s quite an abrupt answer for somebody who is trying to help you.

A simple

“Thank you, I have already done that”

Which would be much more appropriate and appreciated.

Please keep in mind that English is not @enginerd’s mother tongue. He is using it here strictly as a lingua franca to help others.

He speaks 3-4 languages fluently so dont get me wrong, his English is fucking amazing, but I only speak English, and I struggled to read your message.

Here is an example.

Forgetting about the spelling mistakes and lack of punctuation, we all make those mistakes, if English is not your first language it can be a difficult thing to read, esp da abbrvs*

  • especially the abbreviations

There is a huge difference between; that :index_pointing_up:

And :backhand_index_pointing_down:t2:

I really want the xMagic gen 2. If it’s not possible, then please proceed with shipping. I have already contacted support; I am just trying to pay $40 or $50, or whatever the difference between xM1 and xMagic is. Thanks!

Also

If you have already contacted support, then you dont need to create a whole new thread for it.

I really hope you take this thread as a learning experience and don’t come away from it angry. This is actually a very wholesome and supportive community.

Not sure why i would and i didnt say anything agressive i litterly said in my og post i alr contacted so why would someone recommend that also @Pilgrimsmaster thank you your a bloody genuis im ordering the xem or whevrr itd called the t7755 chip assap

Lol what?

English is my favorite language, so it’s in what I read most of my books, take personal notes, etc…

Still, that first post almost gave me an aneurysm.

:face_with_spiral_eyes:

Honestly, that original post is so disorganized that it comes across as someone who doesn’t speak good English and is desperately trying to contact customer service. Which is why I didn’t read too far into it and completely ignored this terribly written bit:

If anything, I do wonder if this mess was posted by an actual sane customer, or a person or computer having a hallucination…

I just assumed it was an English language barrier and didn’t mean to be as direct as it was. Now I am not so sure.

Rule number 1 here is play nice. People on this forum genuinely want to help you and have the knowledge and experience to do so.

Rule 2 don’t pick on, argue with, or put shit on our resident AI. He will truly kick your arse and make you look like a complete cunt (for non NZ, UK and AU users, this is not the good kind LOL).

We can all probably just leave this thread as it is.

Consider it all sorted and no more communication posts are required.
