Hello, I’m planning to buy a xNT soon, the xNT have a NTAG216, and one of the uses I’m planning to make on the x Tag is using it as an identifyer on my front door, and I’m planning to buy some NFC cards for the rest of my family, will I be able to use my xNT tag on the same reader as the cards tag? I’m planning to use an RC522 module reader, or a PN532 one. Sorry if my questions seems dumb, this is new to me.
Yes both of those modules (RS522/PN532) can work with ISO14443A tags like the NTAG216 or even the old Mifare “classic” 1k cards. No dumb questions here
