I have a background & degree in biology, and I have some direct experience on projects relevant to the technologies discussed here, like sterile field prep and surgical device manufacturing.

My interest in implantable tech has been percolating for a long time, and is mostly rooted in my love of biology— but learning the electronics aspect has been an absolute blast and has opened up a ton of projects.
