I’ve only recently learned of this forum and so this is my first post. I know very little about RFID technology and the standards that are used.
I’m looking to copy my College student I.D. onto an implant. I have not yet made any purchases and this is pretty much the last decision I need to make before a purchase. My college uses the HID Dualprox (1st generation) cards which I believe are 125 khz but from what I understand, the implants are not the same frequency. Would I somehow be able to use an implant with a 125 khz reader. Let me know if you all have any information on this topic.
