Advice for a noob getting into NFC implantables

I’ve been reading up on this topic for a bit and I’m hoping for some advice.
Firstly, my goal is to consolidate all these chips and 2fa apps into one thing that’s always with me, hence the NFC implant.
From what I gathered I’d need a chip with Java Card Support, so I can install multiple applets for all the functions I need. The VivoKey Apex Flex is one of the few I found, but it’s kinda pricey. Maybe there’s a more affordable option?
For the location I was thinking about the inner left wrist, just to the left of all the important bits. I think that would be the best location where it’s both easily accessible, but also where I would not accidentally use it. I don’t think my Apple Watch is gonna interfere with the signal, but it would be under the watch band, so range might be affected. Not entirely rock solid on that position.
For installation I don’t know a professional who has done this sorta thing before, so I might just go to a very proficient piercer I know.

Sorry for the big list of things, just a bit nervous doing my own research like this and would be thankful for someone more knowledgable to give me some pointers.

For these capabilities the apex flex is the way to go, nothing cheaper out there (at least not from DT).

You shouldn’t install the implant in an area under a watch strap. The range decrease will definitely be an issue but more importantly the constant rubbing of the strap on the skin isn’t good.

I have my flex in the same location, but a few inches up my arm so I can lay my phone on my arm to scan it but with a slight gap between my phone and watch strap. (Let me know if that doesn’t make sense) Be aware that this location is great for scanning with a phone but not ergonomic for scanning with a USB NFC reader that’s laying on a desk.

Then I will put it in my right wrist, I already know from the apple watch, that I want it to be as far up as possible or else you have to do gymnastics to get the NFC close enough. I’ll have to consult my piercer for the exact best location.
