Anyone get the NextV2 yet?

I’m no Amal, but here’s some discussion referencing the xSIID, one of the NExTv2’s parent implants. It is likely that DT may try to get as many as possible in where the LED comes out first, but it is possible that the people assembling them may not do it correctly.

Your best bet if you have a decent and competent installer, is to (at the time of install) have them push the implant to slightly poke out of the injector and look. If the LED is out, simply pull the plunger back out and tap the implant back in as needed with a sterile tool. If it is in the wrong orientation, it can always be flipped if done in a careful and sterile manner. (If sterile plastic tweezers are available, these could work well.)
