Wasn’t there another cam lock you found that was decent?
You might be thinking of someone else. That’s the only kind I ever found and I’m extremely pleased with it, so I have no reason to look for another one.

my guess is you ordered via Fax correct? 
Well, it appears that tpc.int no longer provide a fax service.
