yeah i guess ill try getting test card bundle and see if I can clone my id card to them and see which one of them works.
and yeah its a 7 byte one, which makes it annoying, didn’t think my school would be this updated lol
is there any way to see if my readers at school read all 7 bytes or only 4 bytes?
cuz if so is it possible to clone only 4 bytes to an implant and pray it works?
What I would do is, with your test cards,
On The Mifare Classic 1k
write the first 4 bytes and test
write the last 4 bytes and test
if either work, then an xM1 or FlexM1etc would be an option for you.
if they dont work
Use the NTAG 216 and DESFire cards and ask if you can enroll them ( Social engineering may be required )
If that works a NExT MAY work, due to some readers being low power, but a FlexNT SHOULD work.
Alternatively a xDF2 May work, FlexDF or FkexDF2 SHOULD work
Unfortunately the test card bundle doest come with a changeable 7 Byte UID card, but you could buy one seperately, change the (N)UID yourself to test.
There is a 1k and 4k version.
If this worked, you could have the option of a conversion service
If this is the case, I would suggest the 4k Version over the 1k, same price but 4 x the memory
