With the new Apex Ring conversions, a scalpel install looks really quite tempting.
However, I’m based in the UK which makes things difficult legally. I’m happy to travel within Europe, but I’m not sure of which legalities apply/where I can get it done with a local anaesthetic. I would struggle without I think.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
Have you checked the map for options or were you looking for a personal reference?

Thanks all for the recommendations, and it’s very useful to know where local anaesthetic is also forbidden, so I have some pain tolerance work to do.
