Smart nail N2M = Mifare S50 (different from my box though, I may have swapped them)
Smart nail N2F = NFC
Smart nail N2L = LED

Again typical Aliexpress, it’s like a box of chocolates…

I’ve used Star Security chips as well. Very good chip. Do not implant for obvious reasons, even if the cheap injectable is alluring.
