[Buy] DT Titan Bio-magnet [Found]

I know this is a long shot. But if anyone has an unused Titan they have been on the ledge about and determined it is not for them i would be happy to take it off of your hands.

I found a Titan, thank you all.

However if there are others and those looking you can feel free to use this thread to find titans to new cyborgs

Just take a scalpel to the meet up and check out the magnet thread to find out who has TiTANs and where they are located, you can take as many out of hands as you like

I wish you the best of luck. I absolutely love my Titan and still feel incredibly lucky I managed to find one in April.

New sensing magnets are in development, they wonā€™t be Titanium though.

Sounds very distopian futuristicy movie plot.

Sounds like something out of Deux Ex or maybe CP2077.

IRL, Iā€™m only getting new implants installed or ones that have only been inside of my body. While some works of fiction have underground markets for used chrome, this is a very disturbing idea.

Iā€™m indifferent. But Iā€™d prefer new.

Iā€™m looking for sensing biomagnets.

Would I be open to using recycled bits of other grinders? Hmmā€¦

I think of these implants as my own little synthetic organs, very personal. I might feel as attached to them as my own fingers, if they were detached. But how attached is that? Would I sell my fingers if I didnā€™t need them? Possible. Would I buy someone elseā€™s if I could use them? Plausible. But it would certainly help if I knew a bit about them; their story. Just as I read the data sheets so my new little organs arenā€™t strangers to me. But not too much of their story. There comes a point where I say to my used things: the past is the past - youā€™re mine now; part of my life; part of me. Like all the atoms we imbibe into our flesh, and who have they been before? I already scavenge the pavement for electric scraps, but is techno-cannibalism too far? Maybe itā€™s good to prepare for the day when technology brings the dissolution of the boundaries between individuals, whether we like it or not. (I do not.)

My initial gut response is to recoil at the thought, butā€¦ I want biomagnets.

Keeping those boundaries in place is very important IMO. Although thereā€™s already one thread that can easily accommodate the weird crazy gnostics who believe that weā€™re all one single thing and that existence is a prisonā€¦

Mr Meeseks, install these flex implants for me, and record it for the DT forum.

:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Mr Meeseks setup a global payment system that is widely used that will allow for implantable tech.

Thatā€™s going to end wellā€¦

Oh. This ā€œMr Meeseksā€ is from the cartoon? Until I looked it up I thought he was one of the ā€œweird crazy gnosticsā€ on a thread somewhere around here. Some gnostics are certainly rather strange. Intriguing set of philosophies.

Yes, I prefer that individualism be retained. When non-countable digital beings begin spreading across shared distributed hardware and splitting and merging their data, I think there will still be ways to preserve the individual in some form or other.

If you havenā€™t seen the Mr Meeseks episode itā€™s with a watch.

Iā€™m also looking for a Titan!

new or used (lol) is fine

Iā€™ve already got a Titan and I love that thing. Recently, a good friend of mine got really interested in getting one as his first implant, so now Iā€™m looking for one. He doesnā€™t care if itā€™s new or second hand and heā€™s certainly willing to pay more than the original price. If someone wants to offer theirs, please DM me.
