So I’ve noticed that there seem to be UID changeable “Mifare” chips on the market. What are the differences between this type of RFID chip and a xNT chip. Would they still be compatable with the Dangerous NFC app to lock the lock bits down?
We have a UID changable chip in development; the xM1+ which is a “Mifare Classic” memory structure with changeable sector 0 (which contains the UID).
The short answer to your question is; both the xM1+ and the xNT are ISO14443A tags, but they are totally different when it comes to memory structure and feature set.
