Aqara U50
Works with xMagic, specifically the 13.56MHz Mifare Classic 1k chip. Iāve had the implant for a day and it reliably works with the lock.
Thanks for sharing, I have added a reminder to update the spreadsheets when I get home (to a pc) as its far easier to on pc ratger than phone.
Keep 'em coming
Thanks. Happy to help the community!
Loxone NFC Code Touch
works with my NExT chip and it couples surprisingly well, it can read it with my hand almost one centimeter from it (I have very skinny hands though).
You can enroll any ISO/IEC 14443 card, Iāve tried Mifare Classic, DESFire EV1, EV2 and EV3 and of course NTAG216 physical cards and stickers, and basically every card you can emulate on a Flipper zero, the system just reads the UID unless you use a DESFire chip.
I guess it would work with xM1, xMagic and xSIID too, and the ideal would be something like an xDF2 or xDF3, I donāt know if all the x-series have the same range though. Sadly I donāt own any Flex to check if they work with thisā¦
thank you iwill add it next time om on a PC.
Do you have a shop link?
This will show as green
This will show as orange ālikely but not confirmedā
Do you mean it utilises the actual DESFire encryption?

There are two versions, a wired one (Tree) and a sub GHz radio one (Air)
I should specify it doesnāt work on itās own and that makes it kinda expensive, it needs a Miniserver (Loxoneās home automation server) that also has some on board dry contact relays on which you can wire the electric door strike or the maglock. The cheapest Miniserver version doesnāt have on board relays though so youād need one, they make proprietary ones but you could also integrate Shelly devices locally via http requests.
Yes it does
Iāve been using these. I have them on two doors.
Veise VE017 Fingerprint Smart Door Lock
It works 90% of the time with my xNT.
FYI
I generally stay at Rydges Southbank when Iām in Brisbane, Pretty sure they use Mifare Ultralight.
I just got back from Christchurch yesterday and stayed at Rydges, which also use Mifare Ultralight.
We did start keeping a list of hotels and hotel chains and what they use, but we havent maintained it. (I should reinvigorate it)
One of the sheets here
Never noticed the hotel tab. Will try to start submitting data as I travel quite a bit.
Perhaps an extra row under the brand for card type would be helpful in case Hilton is running Mifare Ultralight and some day starts deploying Desfire into the system (random example)
Yeah, good idea, i was thinking the same.
It ALMOST makes the implant row redundant.
If you see āDESFireā card, you know its probably not going to work with your NExTā¦
I will post a full review after I install it in my nightstand, but I picked up the IKEA SOLSTOL cabinet lock today and I can safely say I like it way better than the old lock (I forget what itās called) it allows you to enroll cards easily using the button on the side.
As for compatibility I was able to use it with my Apex Module with great range, FlexUG4 v1 (in NTAG216 mode) with great range, and my NExT.
The NExT required me to touch my hand to the lock, but after placing one of @Hamspiced ās repeaters (the sticker version) on the outside of my nightstand drawer, the lock can easily read my NExT though the 3/4ā (19.05 mm) thick, solid wood, drawer front. Pretty impressive if you ask me!
I also tested it with a Mifare Ultralight 11 hotel key card and it worked fine. However I got a funky new ST25TB512-AC hotel key in Hungary last month and it would not recognize that

If you wanna add to the sheet, I can confirm the the xMagic for the RDM6300 (wrongly listed as 630) works fine to read the T5577 in the implant, read range is quite limited though. ![]()
Yeah Iāve had a hell of a time with the rdm6300. Was this used on your esphome project?
Thats right, I used it with ESP-RFID
