You could just use tagmo to write dumps to the blank 215 cards… It’d save you a ton of headache.
As for implants, the NExT uses an NTAG216, not a 215, so you won’t be able to use it for Amiibo. As far as I know, the only implant DT sells that will work with Amiibo is the flexMN, which can fully emulate the 215, including lock bits.
