What kind of phone do you have?

What were you doing that threw that error?

Did it used to work?

What App were you using that gave the error?

Does the Blinky still work?

Did you start getting this error when you got a new phone? Would it be possible to try another device?

Can you post a screenshot of the corrupted message? Can you try writing a new simple NDEF record to it with NFC Tools or NXP Tagwriter?

Also, I would recommend scanning it with NXP TagInfo. It has a much more detailed readout.
