Another custom job in the works is this,
a 20mm x 10mm T5577
I still have a few ideas around this, so before I get this custom work done, I have some testing to do…
One of those tests is a range test compared to the FlexEM (20mm Diameter vs 20mmx10mm) 
I DID NOT GET THIS DONE EITHER.
What I did do was try to reduce the width and slightly increase the length so they would be viable for a needle install.
I knew it would be unlikely, but had to try. Unfortunately, but not unexpected, I I must have broken something somewhere.
In its current format, It is thick and wide, and I imagine even after encapsulation, still more narrow than a FlexEM, however the height is not insignificant.
Whether it would still be viable for an custom implant I dont know.
