Basically all of Amaranthe’s early albums. Maybe current albums too. I haven’t listened to their new stuff. But The Nexus and Massive Addictive included songs that were on theme. I also like them because my brain likes textured music and they have three singers.
From The Nexus - specifically like direct reference transhumanism…
Afterlife, Mechanical Illusion, Future on Hold, Transhuman, Electroheart.
The other songs in that album are part of a related broader narrative.
Not gonna post a link, but if you don’t mind swearing and drug references check out
Goldie Looking Chain - Half Man Half Machine.
Amaranthe is one of my all time top favorite artists. Pretty much all of their music is fantastic.
Bless you for this Spotify playlist. May I suggest adding “electric love”?

Found a very cyborg song while playing beat saber https://youtu.be/BOEm1ZmvTCs

While not entirely about mods, they are a core concept of the game it’s about and do get some callouts:
One armed guitar player made a song… Cyborg Man
I hate going out in the rain
It just brings me so much pain
Gonna short out in the street
Shock everyone that I meet
Ooo I’m a cyborg man
Oh yeah, honey honey
With the robot hand
Oh yeah! Ain’t it funny?
What a time to be alive
Oh yeah, the 2020’s
Ooo ain’t it just mad?
New software in my wrist
Got a quarter mil in my fist
Five green lights in my arm
Means I’ve got a full charge.
Ooo I’m a cyborg man
Oh yeah, honey honey
With the robot hand
Oh yeah! Ain’t it funny?
What a time to be alive
Oh yeah, the 2020’s
Ooo ain’t it just mad?
Connect to my bluetooth
I know that you really want to
Charge me up and let me loose
Titanium buckaroo
Ooo I’m a cyborg man
Oh yeah, honey honey
With the robot hand
Oh yeah! Ain’t it funny?
What a time to be alive
Oh yeah, the 2020’s
Ooo ain’t it just mad?
Ooo I’m a cyborg man
Oh yeah, honey honey
With the robot hand
Oh yeah! Ain’t it funny?
What a time to be alive
Oh yeah, the 2020’s
Ooo ain’t it just mad?
Generic darksynth Spotify playlist I found a while back that turned out to be worthy of regular use in times of needed background noise.
What a fucking killer jam.
Johnny Silverhand? Lee Cleaveland has never heard of her.
Cyber City Oedo 808. Great anime, highly recommended.
And the soundtrack is awesome!
