the delivery block can be bypassed with a forwarding service from the Russian Post in Berlin. Customers from Russia register on pochtaglobal.ru. This service uses the warehouse location of the Russian Post in Berlin (photo on Google Maps). Online shops first send the goods there, then the Russian Post forwards the packages to the recipients in Russia. Delivery time: 2 weeks.

I mailed pochtaglobal and qwintry, asking if shipment is possible. Both replied that it’s currently impossible. Very unfortunate.
