Can you arrange delivery via CDEK if I order a chip from you?

It’s not possible to directly ship to Russia right now but some others on the forum have suggested logistics forwarders?
It’s pretty bad, but I have a couple of hooks. The first option is to send a friend to Thailand and from there the same cdek, if available. The second option is to send the order to the parents of the same acquaintance, but this time to the Netherlands. There is a third option, in case cdek will not take you from Thailand - ask to take a person with Russian citizenship, but who has left for Thailand for a while.
Which is better?
Are there any pitfalls in these schemes?
Ah well you have options! The most reliable method is to the Netherlands in my opinion.
