How do you convert esp rfid tool HEX output to UUID. Lots of video’s on capturing, but nothing showing how the conversation works. Tried a badge on a reader - intercepted. I can’t get the output to match what the UUID is on flipper zero or chameleon ultra.

It would be infinitely easier to help if you included the data you captured and the uuid on the flipper zero / ultra

If the Mifare Classic is configured with an HID credential, you probably won’t get the UID on the ESPKey, and if it is just using the UID it may come out in reverse order
If you have a PM3 you can use mf mf mad to check for an HID application
