Does the EU supliers deliver exactly same product, packaging and complementary items like US DT does?

There is only one store in Europe: “Digiwell” I bought from Patrick the “flexDF”, USB-Reader, xLEDs, xEM Car Kit, xBT,… My friend bought for me the Halo Reader. I got Stickers from DT and from Digiwell, some Flyers
