Not specifically yubikey, but the apex flex and the flexsecure both support fido2 over nfc
@AmeliaM answered this but I wanted to point out that FIDO2 is a standard unrelated to Yubikey, and Yubikey is just one maker of FIDO2 tokens. The Apex Flex and flexSecure both support FIDO applications, but Apex Flex is designed for simple app deployment and use while the flexSecure is more for developers or people who understand how to compile and deploy java card applications to smart card chips.
