I’d prefer P4-P5 ish area

P4 is where mine is and also where my custom payment conversion was.
It’s a good spot for presenting to most readers.

P5 is really the knife edge and should be avoid avoided, especially for flexies

Alternatively, the forearm (see example image here ) with the needle.

The Forearm in my opinion is a better spot for authentication stuff ie. Apex and FlexSecure, tap with your phone, job done

Trying to tap a fixed wall reader with your forearm would require some serious contortion
