The are both shaped in a way that perfect placement is super easy.
They both act as a repeater.
That’s where the similarities, and the functionality of the Sticker ends, but if all you need is a repeater, then grab yourself one of these for only $10
For most people, and at this price, this is all you would need.
For some extra functionality you could consider a Flipper Zero Field Extender

Con- cannot be(shouldn’t be) used with the flipper extender.
