I’m exploring the prospect of going hands free as far as needing my car fob with an implanted chip.
Has anyone attempted this? I’m not a Luddite but I’m also not an engineer.
I assume the fob has a battery and actively transmits to the car… like a so-called “keyless” car where you keep the key in your pocket? If that’s the case, then no, you cannot implant this or use an implant to emulate it… but you might be able to hack the fob with a reader to enable this kind of functionality. Post photos of your fob and a description of how you use it and we’ll see if we can’t work something out.
