Help with chip conversion

Hello, I need help with this situation for the conversion of the chip for implantation. Do I have to remove the chip or send you the card and you can do it for an additional cost? I’ve already tried to do it twice and the chip on the card works, but if I remove the chip very carefully like in the videos, it seems to no longer work and I don’t know if it’s normal or if I’m doing something wrong. I prefer to pay and have a professional do it and not continue damaging cards.

Did you take any photos of your process? Can you post them? Basically when a module is removed from a payment card it radically detunes it, so testing it’s function would take a very good powerful reader and very good placement. Just slapping it on a reader or back of a phone would probably not couple well enough to talk to the chip.

What I’m saying is, the modules you removed might still be functional but your testing methodology was not sufficient to detect this.

This is the first chip that I removed from the card and then it stopped working but I removed it very carefully.

Since the first chip didn’t work for me, I got another card and what I did was cut it around the chip with the plastic so I wouldn’t have to take it off since the chip is small and very thin, even with the plastic it’s still very thin and so as not to damage it, but that didn’t work for me either.

Then someone from Dangerous Things Operations told me that I had to put an approximately resonant antenna so that it would have better reception. Well, I’m waiting for a response if I send them the complete card and they remove the chip and do the conversion.

Hi, what i told you in the ticket was how they work. It was not a testing methodology. I also mentioned the one’s you extracted almost certainly work and to send them in so we could test them once you pay for a conversion.

Just incase you werent aware, or understood what was meant above ( it’s easy to forget that not everybody understands how things work), when you removed the chip, It doesnt just remove the chip from the plastic, it seperated it from the antenna that you cant see because it is embedded in the plastic.
Similar to this as you can see the antenna running around the perimeter.

You can see for yourself if you get a bright torch/flashlight and shine behind the card.
Basically, they will remove your chip and it will be put back onto an antenna similar to this

EDIT

It will actually more likely be a CoM Antenna.
This one will probably be the only one that will work for you, it is slightly larger / wider, but the performance is worth it.

You can see the antenna here that runs the perimeter

Obviously, the antenna equally
as important as the chip.

And then it will be encapsulated and made sterile to implant.

As Tac0s said, it looks like you did a perfect job.
One problem you might have is, when you order a new one, they will probaly cancel the old one, so if you don’t know what you current one is, you may need to get a new card
THEN

100% they will do this for you if you dont know which card is which, but they now prefer them extracted by the customer.

I have used this process a number of times, and always a great success.

Good luck with it, and keep us updated with your progress and feel free to ask more questions if you need…

Hi, I would like to know if anyone on here knows of an engineer that works with bio hacking and that could possibly design a smaller design for the chip implant, i find the size to be too large…

In theory the chip used in the Apex Flex could be used for payments, so smaller chips already do exist. The problem is that EMV don’t want to allow using implants for payments. Also, even with a small chip you still need a large enough antenna for it to be practical.

Edit: also check this post for more info:

Hello, I’m that engineer. You can’t make the CoM conversion smaller because the chip you’re taking out of the card is that big. If it were smaller it wouldn’t work, I tried. Thanks

In case anyone is interested, I have a new Walletmor chip without opening the packaging and I don’t know what to do with it, whether to sell it or someone here at dangerous things wants to sell it on their page.

I bought it in case I could find a way to make it work in the United States or if anyone knows, let me know.

Is this seperate from the one you are asking about above?
Has the walletmor been converted for implantation?

You can list it here
Buy & Sell

Just put some actual useful and purposeful information, being vague doesn’t help anybody

Greetings, thanks for the information and yes, that is different from the one I was asking about and is new with its original box, when I started looking for these types of implants for making payments it was the first I found and bought it without looking deep into it. In order to use the Walletmor Implant, I would need someone with the knowledge to either exchange the chip or configure it with another payment method, because the one that this implant comes with, is for Europe only and I do not live in Europe. If anyone on here knows of someone that could do this type of job, please let me know. If not I will have to sell it.
