Update,
I was able to successfully clone the t5577 card that came with the PM3 and used it to open the doors at Site B.

I think that the low frequency side of the reader may be to weak to communicate with the implant.

Yeap. Or the LF coil is in a weird place in the reader or is located deep inside of the thing. I recently bought a cheap reader of Amazon and I couldn’t get the keychain to light up on the front of the unit but had some success on the sides. However, making use of this information could be hard with a wall in the way.
