I placed an order via barricade/getcybernetic for the fido-2 ring.
Their support says that your order confirmation will have contact info (Mine did not).
Today I received a ring sizing guide from them.
However it has not email, not phone number and no way to respond.
I knew the correct size when I placed the order and could have shortened this whole process.
Clearly they still respond.. but with no way to contact I can’t provide the required info…
Does anyone have a contact method?
Doing some searching the android app lists: a support email that comes back as invalid.
Web search yields a phone number that is also invalid.
I realize this is probably some sort of customer qualification test, I’m clearly failing it….
I could Drone swarm the return address and drop hundreds of leaflets with the information, but that seems excessive….and the zip code on the return address is smudged beyond readable… so
I could just skip all this an carve myself a ring with lasered barcode on it for a key, but that also seems like it misses the point,
